Wendy has been a dedicated member of Worthington Realty & Investments, Inc. for over 9 years. She served as the company’s Executive Administrative Assistant for 8 years before being promoted to Office Manager, a role in which she continues to support the brokerage’s daily operations, agents, and clients with professionalism and care.  With extensive experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, and office management, Wendy is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. She takes pride in helping create a seamless experience for both agents and clients while ensuring the office operates efficiently and effectively.  

As a Christian, Wendy strives to live her life guided by faith, integrity, and service to others. She believes that building relationships and helping people achieve their goals are among the most rewarding aspects of both her career and personal life.

Family is at the center of everything Wendy does. She is the proud mother of Brandie, who is married to Michael and serves the community as an ICU nurse. Wendy is also blessed to have Graycee in her life. While not her biological daughter, Wendy considers Graycee one of her own. Graycee is married to Sergio, and together they are the proud parents of Wendy’s cherished grandson, Alex, who lovingly knows her as “Big Mama.”

A graduate of Tarleton State University, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, exploring the outdoors, going to Texas State Parks and making memories with those she loves. She is proud to serve Parker County and is grateful to be part of a company with a long-standing reputation for integrity, professionalism, and community involvement.
